Healing from the Inside Out - Women's

 

 

 

Class starts January 31st at 6:30 PM.  Location is 35th Ave and Greenway.

In a safe confidential environment HFIO groups meet together to discuss painful dynamics, patterns and issues issues that affect a person's life and relationships today. With support and mentoring, HFIO participants are able to understand the effects of the circumstances they grew up in and

allow God to touch the “wounded” areas in their  lives and bring healing and wholeness. Some of the topics we will talk about are... •The Family System •Family Roles •Effects of Childhood Trauma •Unhealthy Relationships •The Cycle of Abuse •Shame and Guilt •The Process of Change •Forgiveness •Breaking the Cycle for the Next Generation.
